NAME ME ONE LAW....or.....LAW TO BE......THAT WOULD STOP ANYONE FROM COMMITTING A CRIME OR MURDERING SOMEONE, with the use of a gun  !

Laws are only for those that have the morals to follow the law.

"Criminals" follow......."NO RULES OR REGULATIONS" !
